To be honest we have nearly no idea when the Palm Pre will be launched, officially it is set to be released in the first half of 2009. However that has not stopped everyone coming up with theories on exactly when it will be released.
The main rumour is February 15th though it seems unlikely however there have been several sources backing up this date, so you never know!
Palmpreschool.com believes we will see the pre on the shelves March 1st. The reasoning behind this is a little in the world of conspiracy theories.
Basically they state:
Viewing the time on the pre in each of Palm’s screen shots will clue you in. Every image shows a time of 3:01. I have to admit a very discreet level of communication. But not official just incase things get held up.
Personally I doubt that will be the case but if they are correct then this will be great as we have less than a month away until release date. I do however have a strong suspicion that us Brits will not have the same release date as the yanks as they Palm is based on 3G EVDO Rev A which is the network used in the USA. A GSM one will be released but you know there will be a gap in release dates!
